What you can write about

A preview that looks different from what the same HTML shows in your own browser, or a Problems entry that seems wrong.
Format or Minify changing how a page looks, or changing text inside pre or textarea.
A share link that won’t open, or a page that Load source can’t fetch even though it opens in your browser.
A button, panel or shortcut that doesn’t work, or a layout that breaks on your phone or computer.
A feature you need, or an example you would like added.
A privacy request, such as asking what I hold or having a feedback message deleted. The privacy policy explains what to include.

Useful things to include

For a rendering or formatting problem: the smallest piece of HTML that shows it, or a share link to it. Check first that the code has no passwords, keys or private data.
For Load source: the address you tried and the error message the viewer showed.
For a layout or button problem: your device, browser and what you pressed just before.

What happens next

Problems I can reproduce get fixed first. The form doesn’t ask for an email address, so if you’d like an answer, say how to reach you in the message. There is no fixed reply time: this is a one-person project, so answers can take a few days, and a fix may reach the site before a reply does. I can’t debug a whole website or write code for you.

Your privacy

When you send the form, the message, this site’s hostname and the page path (without anything after ? or #) are stored so the message can be handled. The service allows up to 10 messages an hour from one network. Details are in the privacy policy.
